This page summarizes how refunds are handled for purchases made through Rozenvic Portal.
Non-refundable transactions
- Department transactions are non-refundable.
- Rank transactions are non-refundable, including rank-related Robux transactions.
- In-game perk/item transactions are non-refundable.
- Terms violation cases are non-refundable.
- Gift cards are non-refundable after redemption or partial use.
Broken products
We first attempt troubleshooting and a support fix. If the issue cannot be fixed, a full refund may be approved.
Buyer remorse / preference returns
If you simply do not want a product, approved refunds may be split as 50% back to the original payment method and 50% as portal credit.
Gateway / invoice fees
- Current disclosed fee schedules are: Card/Apple Pay/Google Pay/default Stripe rails 3% + $0.33; PayPal 3.49% + $0.55; Cash App 2.9% + $0.30; Hosted Stripe invoice 3.45% + $0.62; Estimated tax fee Disabled.
- Promo codes, coupons, gift cards, store credit, and temp-credit reduce the product or subscription subtotal first and do not eliminate gateway, estimated tax, or invoice fees unless the checkout becomes fully free.
- Wallet-only or fully free checkouts do not incur external processor fees.
- When a refund is approved, fee treatment follows the final refund decision and any processor limitations for that transaction.
